The apartment A1 (4+2) has two double rooms, a 2 toilets and a 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, a balcony, a sitting room , a dinning room and SAT-TV. The apartment is air-conditioned.

The distance from apartment to the sea is 250 meters. The distance from apartment to the old town Dubrovnik is 200 m.

House with garden is situated at the most attractive part of Dubrovnik (Ploce) with a panoramic view of the Old Town Dubrovnik, Island Lokrum and Adriatic Sea , which you can reach in 2 minutes walk.

House with garden has 101,3 m2 (1090 ft2) and consists of a one double with sofa as additional bed and one double bedded room .There is a kitchen, dinning and living room, two bathrooms. Whole house is air conditioned and it is fully equipped and furnished. Each room has Radio, TV and refrigerator. East side terrace have Garden grill which you can use with no extra charge. The Old Town , the center of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls.

The public beach is only 2 minutes walk.

Tourist tax 1 € per person per day.

The owner or owner representative is always in the house.

A deposit of 10% is payable at the time of booking and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival. The rest of payment should be pay on arrival in advance.

Very close to the Old Town . Two minutes walk .

Buses number 5 and 8 take you to the rest of Dubrovnik area.
